Upgrade-uninstall not working

Hi there,
 I am trying to upgrade to the new version of EzPortal but the old one will not install.
This is my error message from the package manager:

#4 and #9 are missing from this list as they were not "applied."

If that is a failure on uninstall that is safe to ignore and you can proceed with installing the new version.

OK...just so I am sure...I can ignore that Package Manager message and uninstall the old EZportal?
