Title: Setting Up the Sample Blocks? How do you Do that

How do you access/Configure the Sample EZblocks that come with the package. I have everything installed and when I pick the sample from the list it adds a column but says I can't use it.

I am sure it is something simple but I didn't find anything that explains this.
