You can click on the edit column link inside the ezblock manager.

there is no option to edit the size of the column.

also noticed a user can click the - and they can remove the right and left size even if set the collapse to no.

Change the 1 to the number of the column you wish to edit.

Hi, i have similar question:
I want to have left and right column a constant size, and the center resizeable with someone's resolution. Yeah, in options there is size, but there is also a percentage size which overrides the normal, pixel size, which is quite annoying. In case you didnt understand me, there is an example :D
Left column size = 150px
Center column size = rest%
Right column size = 150px

how to do that? :)

That currently does not work. It is either all percents or all pixel widths can't combine them both.

Hmmm, no way ;)
could you tell me please where that information is stored? I will try to change it manually for my own purposes, maybe it would work.

edit: oh, so simple. If someone needs it in the future:
Go to phpmyadmin, find in your database table named ezp_columns
And change all percent values to 0.
And change the width value for the central column to 0 too.
This way you will have fixed column sizes (for left and right), and resizeable central column.

Is there a way to disable this?  the - for the left column?   The "-" takes up space in the header area and I would like to shut it off if possible.  I'm okay with editing code.  Thanks in advance

The option is unchecked.  When I select the option and save...I go back and it is unchecked... though the "-" is still above the left column.   Is it possible to manually edit the script to make the left column non-collapsable?   I am using the DoD mod theme...could that be causing the issue?   Thanks for your quick reply ;)

I fixed it...had to disable the left column, saved, then re-enabled..."-" is now gone.  The left column was enabled by default...turning it off, then back on set things straight.   Thanks :)   ezPortal is awesome!  Thanks for you support.
