Recent Topics Blocks are different from left side to right side

Just noticed today that my "Recent Topics" block on the right side has a darker background than the left in my custom theme.

On default theme it is the opposite. Left side block is darker than the right side block. (see attachments)

Not really a big deal but anybody know how to fix it?

Not seeing this on my test with the recent topics block.
Looks the same style on both.

Do you have a custom css style on one of the blocks?

No I don't even know how to do that lol! But the css field on the block in admin is empty.
