My reply button on this forum is missing in the post

I find I can not post a reply to any topic today on this forum.  Wasn't like that last time I came here.  I am surprise I was allowed to begin a new topic.  Any ideas at to what the problem is?

Also on my forum, the HTML blocks, new ones I have just now created, is showing the raw code and not the item.  What is wrong with that?

Once a member has logged on, they can use the "Reply" link (on the this theme) at the bottom of every thread.

Guest can not post or reply for obvious reasons.
