Homepage Spacing Between Blocks - Help Please!

Must say firstly I have used many a CMS and Portal System over the years and I'm impressed with the ease of EzPortal in the main so hats off and credit for all the hard work.

And now my problem..
As the thread title I have a problem with the spacing between blocks on the homepage in that they are to close (no space at all) to each other, Take a look at this screenshot..



Or take a look at the dev site...

Can someone please advise what template or where to edit to get a space between the blocks.
