I have to be missing something simple here.

Had EZ portal on 2.0.18 - ran perfectly with default theme and responsive on the blocks displaying. Just beautiful on a block at a time, RTL, etc..

Have a new 2.1.3 installed with EZ 5.5.2 and the blocks on forum, home page just look weird on mobile. no RTL, blocks merged up on others, just bizarre.

I know I'm missing something I overlooked?
