Conditional Visible Area Setting?

Hello Ezportal Gurus,

Does any one knows how to display content of HTML code to a SPECIFIC BOARD's UNREAD TOPICs?

I mean, in the visible setting area, i don't have combination of : Board + Unread Topics kind of AND statement to display the content.

Ny help, idea would be highly appreciated.
