Centering a Block

Hey all,

    Was messing around getting visuals decent on the forum this morning, And I went to Set up a Parsebbc Block for the top block I reduced the size to 60% and that worked fine exactly how I want it, But now the Block is on the (top) - left side, I'd like the % at 60 but the block centered in the browser.

I'm Using the LATEST Ez-Portal, with the latest Curve Update.

And help appreciated.
