Blocks no longer showing after upgrade

Hello,

I recently upgraded an SMF site from 2.0.2 to 2.0.4. I also downloaded the latest ezPortal version (1.1) and installed it. The previously existing blocks are still there if you go to Admin->eZPortal->eZBlocks. But when you go to the website all you see is the forum. I do have the "Enable Portal Homepage" optioned turned on.

Any ideas?
