im tryin to reverse engineer ezportal to modify a block, but im not having any luck

basically, in the recent topic block, i want to unbold the topic subject and bold the username. i couldnt find a ezportal css and couldnt find the code in EzPortal.template.php either

so can someone point me in the right direction as to where i can find the code to do this?
