ezPortal 5.5

I have attachment setting in admin for display image/attachments set to 400x400 and it works fine in the topics as you can see here. But on the main portal page it is showing almost full size! Is there a way to fix this to show the attachments at 400x400 on the portal page?

Any ideas/suggestions on this?

BTW, I'm using ezPortal 5.5a now and same issue.
