Title: adding picture or videos

hi im having trouble i dont know how to add avatars or videos to my home page at the top of  my forum so people can see what im advertising can you tell me how to do this ive tried but i just cant add them what am i doing wrong thanks if you can help me

its ok now i have learned how to do this myself no help needed ;D
