So to save from further confusion lol how can I get rid of the words "SMF default theme" and the curve thumbnail image?
Is this doable without having to rewrite a lot of your codes or easily possible or what ya think? If I could just find where to change the words "SMF default theme" in ezportal that would work too and I'll just upload my own thumbnail in the default theme.
Would rather get rid of all of it so it just shows the themes I have installed/selected and exclude "SMF default theme" all together but I will settle for either way if I have to!
Edit: P.S. I will be keeping it on my theme site but am wanting to exclude it on my other site.
Ok I see what it's doing now sorry! It's showing the "SMF default theme" in the select box but when you select it, it takes you to whatever the default theme is and not to the default curve theme. Ok so...I installed ezportal 5.5.2 on a fresh SMF 2.1.3 with no mods and installed two different themes. Unchecked the default curve theme, made sure my test user was in no user group and was able to select the default curve theme on the ezportal block. I went to look and layout and was not able to select the default curve theme.
oh hmm might have to run a test on my own.
Right and I logged in as a user and was still able to select the default curve theme even though I have it unchecked! I will investigate further to see if it's another mod issue and report back.
So I checked the code. Admins are allowed to choose any theme.
Users are restricted to the ones you have slected
That sounds like a bug if it isn't selected will take a look.
How do I remove the "SMF Default Theme - Curve2" theme from being selected in the "Theme Select" block? I have it deselected (unchecked) under "Themes and Layout > Manage and Install" where it says "[ Show the list of themes ]" but it still shows on the ezportal theme select block!?
