Try the login button on the menu.
If not what error are you getting?

In your themes default folder. Is Ezportal2.template.php spelled exactly like that?
Also you have the responsive mode enabled?

Very new here and just navigating my way around EZportal.
I have run into a problem though. I installed EZportal, but now when I turn off Maintenance Mode, I get an error stating "Unable to load EZportal". Please see screen shot.
I thought I would uninstall and try re-installing, but I get an error as well when trying to uninstall. See second photo.
Anyway, hope I'm not out of line asking as I am brand new and it's my first post.

Would require you to edit Sources/Subs-EzPortalMain2.php
And modify function EzBlockBoardNewsBlock

If you are on linux if you have your own server/vps you might want to try turning off selinux or adding write permissions using selinux.

Tried changing the permissions inside SMF, but no joy, so I changed them via the server. Still unable to make any changes to packages.

Check that all files/folders are writable I think 755 permissions.
There is an option in SMF to change permissions in the file manager via ftp.

Thanks for the update!
In the middle of this, I changed servers and was unable to see or manage packages from within SMF. I corrected the directory addresses in the settings file, and now I can at least see the packages. An attempt to upgrade the ezPortal package gave me an error message about file permissions,
'You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!'
If this would be better on the SMF forum, please say. Thanks!
