Random Gallery Module Exclude Private Galleries

I would like to create or pay someone to create a
random gallery module that would not show private - password protected galleries...

You are using SMF Gallery Pro if so I can just update the block with the permission code.

yes I am running pro version, that would be great. A future gallery block idea would be if
you could choose the gallery to pull media from.
