If possible uninstall old version , if not just install the new version.

Upgrade oldest first if possible.

Ok, I have not done anything on the above. However, I notice that there was an upgrade to EZ portal .

I decided to use the Upgrade option on line 9 (See above). Unfortunately that was not a good choice. :-(

Now I can't access SMF at all. It tells me HTTP ERROR 500 (See https://citizensandsocieties.org/Community/)

I used SMF repair and everything is fine.

I then used SMFinfo and it gives me the same error message. HTTP ERROR 500

Have you ever had this problem and is there an easy solution?

There is not a repair program.
But check your forum root directory for packages/backups and find before ezportal

I imagine that I unpact this one :

Can I SAFELY delete the two extras? (See attached picture)


Or should I uninstall them all and reinstall the 5.5.2 version.
