Title: horizonal blocks?

Is there a way to tile horizontally? Would like to move my right side column to the center but it all scrolls down. I'd like to be able to have 4 to 6 topics(blocks) across the top.   be even cooler if it could rotate 6 to 10 blocks right or left.
