Blocks Background Color

How can I change the background color of the blocks
by editing the ezportal2.template.php ? if so can you show me what
code to edit I would like the background color white ffffff

The blocks use the windowbg2 css class. What I would do is make a copy of windowbg2 class and name like windowbgportal and then change the color in and then change the references in the ezportal.template.php to that new class.
