+Added new option on a block to hide on mobile devices
+Added support content encoded in the RSS feed block for atom based feeds

No it does not just ezPortal it self. All those mods would have to be redone as well.

Two more bug fixes:
!Uses the default theme directory for the css folder in setupezportal fixes issues on custom themes.
!Package-info.xml did not have the correct line for copying ezportal.css on ezportal upgrades
