What are advantages of ezPortal over SimpePortal (or other blocks plugins)?

Does ezPortal support SMF 2.1?

Tends to be updated more. Has a lot of other blocks that simple portal doesn't have. Can be expanded with custom blocks.

SMF 2.1 I am looking into. I have played around a little bit have some of my mods moved over.

Yes and as far as the EzPortal, No one, will know for certain until after the 2.1 RC1 is released. and Who know when that will be.. and Although I love where the 2,1 is going. the final decisions on,  it are not made as of yet and the security. is another issue before going live. I test 3 major Portals, on the 2.1 and none are ready and most are waiting for RC1, but will not commit to things, until that time :)

Among all the other things EzPortal is seamless, blends into your work, and flexible and also to me, has less files to install!

Some say the portal should have it's own style sheet, but I say no, this way we can blend and make adjustments as time goes forward >>!

Yeah I plan to do even less final edits to 2.1.
I am not a big fan css files for portals causes it less likely to work with other themes.
