Visible only on forum index?

I vaguely remember someone else asking about this, but I can't find the post now, so sorry if I'm repeating stuff.

Basically, I want to put a EZbox on the main forum index page (I don't have a Portal homepage active) but not on all other pages. 

However, when I look, the visible options are all the forums/boards.  I think this would be better backwards, if you don't mind me saying.  Maybe check all the boards first, and uncheck them if you don't want a Box visible. 

Anyway, is there a way to just make it show on the forum index page?

Also, is it possible to have a center column at the bottom, below the boards?
