tinymce blank window

hello!
I integrated ezportal to my actual smf installation... when I open the html editor it does but when I want to insert a link or an image... it shows me a blank window without any error...
in the smf sitting file I added www but the problem is the same...
could someone help me please?

Download ezportal to your computer unzip it.
Inside there copy the ezportal folder to the root directory of your forum and see if that helps

thank you for you answer...
I did what you said... I deleted the existing ezportal folder ans uploaded with filezilla the one I unzipped on my computer but the problem is the same... when I want to answer a link or an image or even to see the html code the windows remain blank and don't show anything...
