RSS Block Problem

OK I upgraded to the latest version of ezportal by uninstalling the old version and installing the new version. I noticed the RSS feed block was grabbing the oldest rss news from my classified site and not the newest. How do I fix it that it grabs the top 5 latest RSS from my classifieds site?

Here is my form http://www.canadianracingonline.com and the RSS feed is at http://www.canadianracingonline.ca/feed.php

If I go back to the older version of ezportal 0.4.3

Should I be upgrading from older versions to new ones instead of uninstalling?

Tried the upgrade way from 0.4.3 to 0.4.8 but still issues with the rss bl;ock it puts a space on the first line and shows the oldest rss from my classified site. So I'm stuck using the older version.
