Remove "Powered By" notice

is removing the "Powered By" notice allowed, I can't seem to find any info about the license to see if such would be allowed.  I don't want 3 diffrent copyright statements from SMF, the theme, and EZPortal all on my forum, I want to keep is a clean and compact as possible.

I highly doubt that it's allowed, none of the portal systems allow it. What you can do is change the location of the copyrights and maybe put them in different places or put all of them in the same line.

I think you can do this by editing index.template.php

Copyrights don't bother me but it depends on the kind site you are running on rather you want these showing. That looks like a fair price for removing copyright.
