How do I fix the portal?
« on: October 29, 2012, 01:12:56 pm »
Hi EZP.

How do I make my forum so that it works like this one i.e first I want people to visit the portalpage and then if they click the forumlink, it will take them to my forum (without ezblocks).

When I try to setup up my portalpage, it works great but when I click the forumlink the whole portal is still there and the forum ends up way down there so to speak.

I want to be able to setup a portalpage and then have the forum with no ezblocks or the blocks I choose to have left.

Cheers.

Chris

How come I don't get any help here.

If it is due to missing links...I have paid the removal fee.

Don't have anything at the moment to control blocks that are shown on pages.

Sorry been busy with work.

To the original poster. When you make a new block there are a whole host of settings in the part called "visible options" that set where you want the block to appear. To have blocks only appear on the portal homepage only select the option in that area called "portal homepage"

Ahh, thanks. How have I missed that? :-)
