Facebook "Like" box is box?

How do i go about putting a Facebook "Like" box in my portal? It doesnt seem to work in the html box and not sure which other to use?

Are you putting it in as html are you clicking the html icon to enter the data?

I tried both neither worked. If i just put the code in the field it displays the full code in the box on the portal page. If i add the html via the html icon nothing shows up. Its just blank.
