Changing the Owner of a forum

The lady that originally set up our forum no longer wants to manage/own it.  She wants to turn it over to me.  How do I remove her as an admin and make her a regular member???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  We've put a lot of work into this forum and don't want to start over.
