I'm having an issue with the Board News module, it's not actually gathering my news from the forum that I selected. It doesn't do anything, just kinda sits there.

The block is just empty? How many items is it set to show when you edit the ezBlock also what version of SMF are you using

The block is empty yes, for now I'm using the HTML blocks as news. I'm using the same version as you 1.17 and it shows like 5 - 10.

Also check your forum's error log for any related errors.

No errors, I just checked.

Also if you were unsure of my problem, I'll elaborate on it more.

I've installed your modification to my forum, and I wanted to make the center of it all board news. So I added a new block, and selected Board News and picked my announcement forum from the message board. I go to check the tested module and it didn't show anything. So as of now, I'm just using the module HTML, which isn't a big deal just kind of annoying trying to add things in two spots.

What kind of permissions are on the board? Can guests see that board?

I've added the Board News Module again, you can see it at the bottom. I will allow guest to see it as well, go take a look.

That makes sense then. Guests can't see that board so I can't see that board when when I view your main page.
