Attempting to use a forum hosted by ezPortal, problem

Greetings,
I have attempted to access the Project Messiah (setup tab) forum, as a new user. I can read it as usual, but after that there is a huge problem.

I registered, it stated success and that an email validation had been sent. Never received it. If I attempt to request a new validation it states "A new activation email has successfully been sent." while also displaying an "error has occurred" above that. I do not receive an email, I have tried the direct "request an activation email"

I noted at the bottom it states Blocked by Crip | XHTML | CSS Clicking on Crip directs to a page www.jr62.com The tab header shows some obscene words. I don't know if this is related.

The reason I am writing here is I cannot get a hold of the desired website, because I can't login.

Any help would be appreciated.
