I've been working with the ezPortal system for around two weeks.
I've searched for a way to activate the block sections 'TOP' and
'BOTTOM' for use. And I didn't find it here or in settings.

I run v1.1.12. I'd like to know if this is a coded disable, that I
could go change, and if so, what file. Or what I would have to
do to enable these areas.
