Mmm, there's a forum I used to post on which allows people to add topics to their favourites, then there's a box which shows the top favorites on the right. That would be cool. I have a mod on my forum (sorry, can't remember which one exactly), which allows people to add topics to their bookmarks, maybe you could hook into that, though it's not exactly the same thing.
An easier (and a bit useless but fun) one: A random member profile.
Something with the medals/awards would be nice, but not sure what. Maybe displays random medals you could be awarded? (Again, linked to another mod).
Top five posters?
Top five most read/responded to topics?
Top five pretty-much-anything.
A random shop item you can buy? (not the Store/classifieds (which, btw, I will purchase at some point), but the more common shop/cash/points mod).
A (mayeb random) advert (from some you have to create in a PHP post).

Basically, I'm trying to think of things that aren't features already. For example, as much as I like the 'Users online' and the 'Current user' boxes, they are allready on the forum page. Yes, I know you can disable them, but it seems a bit redundant to do that.
Do you have a login box? Can't remember if I saw that. Though again, it's there already.
I'll think on some more.
Again though, I think this mod is much better than others I've tried (and I've tried most of them!). Easier and nicer to manage. Good work so far, and I'll certainly be keeping an eye on it.
