Ezblock problem!!!
« on: May 13, 2010, 04:43:04 am »
Hi there,

recently i've installed a new html block, insert some code and now...i can't delete / modify that block!

It's very urgent because now it's the only visible block on my website and it's not good!!!

Can you please tell me how i can remove the block manually? The Admin CP doesn't work due to this problem...it shows me always this damaged block! :(((

Could you PM me the url to you web page and what was on the page and do you have FTP access to the root directory of your site?

Please  give me more details on what you did, and if you by chance made the web page as index. htm or html, your need to go to yoursite.com/index.php?action=admin
to get in the admin!

regards,
Maxx

Issue fixed by:

fegenna says:

It was a problem with the block yes...but to avoid loading it, i modified the ezportal.template.php (removing the code that loads the blocks) and after that i entered to the admin center, removed the html block and restoring my previous ezportal.template.php file!

Good job fegenna!
