refresh script in ez-block only?

what i'd like to know, is it possible to refresh just only a ez-block and not the entire page it is on? if so how? sorry for the newb question, just can't seem to wrap my head around it.

You would have to have some kind of iframe script. That would just cause the iframe refresh and that iframe would be inside the ezblock.
