great update the blocks look a lot nicer now and it is a lot easier to admin the ezportal, but more blocks would be great. But thanks for the great work and i look foward to more updates down the line.

I'm trying to install EzPortal on my forum here:
http://smf.hostoi.com/index.php

(Using SMF2.0 RC2)

I go to Admin > Packages > Download Packages > [Browse] > Portals View the 5 mods in this section  > [Download] (Next to EzPortal)

It downloads right, but when I click the [Install Mod] button it always says:

An Error Has Occurred!

ou cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

I got this fixed, all I had to do was fix the file permissions via my FTP client (FileZilla).

Strike that, it still didn't work.

I have made EVERY file readable, writable, and executable via FileZilla, and it won't let me install any modules.

I always get:
An Error Has Occurred!

You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

So you have it installed now. But the modules section isn't working?
Change permissions on the newly created ezportal folder.
